陪兒子考英檢 他54歲通過高級

財團法人語言訓練測驗中心昨公布102年全民英檢高級測驗狀況,1200位報名者中,僅81人取得證書,通過率不到7%。通過者中,年紀最大是54歲董希正,原本是陪兒子考,但兒子一次就考過中高級,他考高級第一年卻沒過,去年重考才過關。
全民英檢高級測驗每年僅辦一次,7、8月間考初試,通過者可在11月或12月考複試,初、複試皆通過者,始能取得證書。語測中心表示,去年高級初試有1200人報名,但僅400人進入複試,最後取得證書者僅81人。台中全民英檢補習班
在中部醫療機構服務的董希正,擁有美國賓州大學華頓商學院企管碩士學歷,前年報名高級測驗是為了鼓勵就讀彰化高中的兒子報考中高級,沒想到兒子一次就考過,他因為太大意,初試過了、複試卻沒過。台中全民英檢補習班
這次通過者中最年輕的是15歲的新北市竹林中學高一生林鈺豈,他不斷到圖書館借英文小說來閱讀,晚上睡前也要聽英語有聲書,《飢餓遊戲》、《哈利波特》等小說,他早就看過,英語程度超過同儕甚多。

中古屋迎新 最想改造浴室、廚房和兒童房

農曆年關將近,許多人趁年節前進行居家空間修繕,讓住家煥然一新,根據永慶房產集團居家服務中心統計,自2013年3-12月,購買屋齡10年以上中古屋的消費者,在局部房屋修繕空間的選擇上,排名前3名分別為:浴室、廚房和兒童房,其比重分別為43%、25%和16%。
因水氣影響,容易讓浴室空間中的設備因為衛生因素,需要定期更新;永慶房產集團居家服務中心經理何政熹指出,10年以上的中古屋浴室空間規畫往往已經不符合現在人的使用習慣,像是有個很久沒用的塑膠浴缸、舊式磁磚、無乾濕分離規劃、管線老舊等,浴室成為民眾在部修繕最想改造的空間。
現在人的廚房最重視就是收納、容易清理的設備和方便的工作動線;此外,廚房因烹調料理易生油煙,流理台、收納櫃和水槽就容易顯得泛黃老舊;廚房的局部修繕名列第2名。何政熹經建議,進行廚房改造時,除了考量到自己和家人的使用習慣及動線外,如果預算許可,五金類的產品,建議可選擇較順手推收和耐重,才能打造一個真正實用的廚房。
新年度不少小家庭家中也添了新成員,家長們都希望能給小寶貝一個專屬的小天地,兒童房的局部房屋修繕需求,就會發生在這個階段。何政熹說,兒童房的空間規劃最大挑戰在於:從出生到青少年,不同階段會有不同的空間需求,建議可簡單區分三階段進行規劃:小學前、小學期間、中學之後,所以家具尺寸不適合買得剛剛好,可以挑選機能性家具,房間內的其他家具,如:床和書桌等,儘量以可搬動為宜,方便之後可以自行更換。

兩岸機械業 共創智慧自動化商機

在智慧自動化產業的推動策略上,將透過經濟部工業局的產業輔導、經濟部技術處的研發聯盟與國科會的產學合作進行智動化技術扎根工作,並經由智動協會的認證考試/媒合平台、職能鑑定及工業局的人才紮根/藍白領計畫,培育出台灣所需的智動化產業人才,再藉由建置智動化供需媒合平台、提供產業智動化技術服務、建立示範案例與案例複製擴散、進行市場拓銷整廠輸出等方式,進行產業的應用與加值來擴大戰果,以達成預設的目標。
王維漢強調,為在高階智慧機器人與智動化系統儘快取得重大成果,工研院機械所與著手進行智動化的研發佈局與分工,除了將研發出具備手、眼、力協調動作的A型與Delta型機器人外,也擬針對3C產品組裝、金屬製品製造業等產業開發出彈性製造Robot cell,另計劃與產業界合作,建立智智動化系統應用/b-site驗證、龍頭廠智動化示範案例,及建構機器人與關鍵組件產業聚落等。減速機
另外,工研院還將與學界合作,包括加入台大的學研聯合計畫、台大的機器手臂動力學計畫及清大的AGV運載最佳化計畫,及與德、美等國際研究機構合作,共同投入人機協同互動安全、3D物件姿態辨識、AGV視覺導引避障、機器手臂動態安全等多項關鍵技術的研發工作,來厚植我國智慧自動化產業的實力。
王維漢進一步表示,我國智慧自動化計畫擬發展的2款高階機器人中,A型機器人具備6-7軸控制能力,Delta型機器人則為4-6軸控制;為確保發展成果,也將建置智動化實驗室,屆時將對機械機械手臂量測校正補償、智動化系統設計模擬分析軟體、人機安全規範與機械手臂可靠度等進行驗證,並可由此開發出含產線製程模擬軟體、人機協同作業系統、多機多手智慧控制整合系統、智動化產線監測預兆診斷等各項目的智動化控制系統,及將高減速比減速機、手眼力協調控制器、智慧終端效應器、3D視覺模組等智慧自動化關鍵零組件導入民間企業進行量產,來大幅提升我國智慧自動化產業的總產值,及取得更堅實的國際競爭力。

第二外語 朱立倫推薦日語

新北市長朱立倫今天表示,日本是台灣最重要的經濟伙伴,他建議大學生,若要學習第二外語,日語是不錯的選擇。
朱立倫今天在輔仁大學與大學生座談,分享人生經驗,並鼓勵參與公共事務,讀100本好書、交100個不同領域的好友,走過100個好地方,以拓展視野,發揮同理心、企圖心、執行力及協調力。
學生希望推薦第二外語,朱立倫說,英文、中文是目前全世界最夯的語言,財經出身的他,以自己的工作與商業經驗為例,推薦台中日語學日語。
他以日本神奈川縣知事黑岩祐治18日拜訪市府為例,曾在日本電視台政論節目擔任主持人的黑岩,雖透過翻譯互動,但偶以英語對話,還有同行官員,全程以英語與朱對談。
黑岩並簡報神奈川目前全力推動的預防醫學、綠能產業、太陽能板等,這次為擴展神奈川縣觀光及物產,首度以知事身分率團訪華,台鐵平溪線與神奈川縣江之島電鐵線,已建立觀光合作協定。
朱立倫今天說,「聊得很愉快,是難得可用英語交談的日本外賓。」以台灣的角度來看,中文是優勢,但日本人的英文、中文不佳,日本是台灣最重要的經濟伙伴,所以,台中日語學日文是不錯的溝通方式。
學生關心就業,朱立倫說,需先瞭解自己將來要做什麼。「學以致用」要分成涵養及人生的基礎,建議學與就業有關的語言、專業學識。
公共事務範圍小至生活周遭,大至整個世界的變化,朱立倫鼓勵年輕人多看新聞、關心社會的變化,努力充實自我,進而改變自己、改變世界。

The general image of Taipei in my mind was filled with motorcycles and people in the narrow paths and sidewalks. However, Taipei journey in recent days broke my thoughts toward Taipei. I had great impression in Taipei, especially the apartment rentals we booked, the good taste we had and the historical cultures we admired.

Among of my travel in Taiwan, I spent my entire day exploring Taipei’s NationalPalaceMuseum, which is famous for its heritage, historical antiques and pieces of art. I fully indulged myself in the old days of Chinese history and experienced the world-renowned magnificent palace. For the last day of dinner, we had Din Tai Fung near our serviced hotel in Xinyi district to taste the exceptional gourmet, the elite of Chinese food, dumpling, dim sum items and hot and sour soup. All the dishes are very delicious! It made the best ending of my Taipei trip.

Near-Infrared (NIR) sensor technology coupled with highly sensitive algorithms are likely the most efficient and consistent plastic sorting technologies due to their high sorting accuracy in separating desired plastics from mixed waste, as well as sorting plastics by color and resin types. Identification algorithms then rapidly categorize the different signatures of polymers from their infrared spectra.

While other sensor based sorting technologies, such as x-ray, laser, and light emitting device (LED), are capable of distinguishing between colors and densities, NIR with identification algorithms is likely to be the most consistent, accurate, and time-efficient of the various sensor based sorting options in terms of sorting plastics. Lasers and LED have the ability to detect color differences but cannot determine the different resin types of plastics. X-ray technology can decipher plastics from non-plastics but it cannot distinguish different colors and resin types, therefore lessening its overall efficiency in effective plastic sorting. NIR sensors used with identification algorithms are able to consistently complete all necessary tasks in the sorting of plastics.

The Steps of Coffee Processing, Sorting and Cleaning

The final steps in coffee processing involve removing the last layers of dry skin and remaining fruit residue from the now dry coffee, and cleaning and sorting it. 如何增加來客率? Google店家環景攝影幫你呼朋引客

現代人習慣在使用Google Map定位目的地或是搜尋附近店家,不難發現最近Google Map上多了一項功能──「瀏覽內部實景」,點進去後能立即走進店家內部,用滑鼠點擊就能在店內自由走動,觀看細部的裝潢擺設,在線上親身感受店內氛圍,成為消費者在選擇餐廳、旅館民宿時一項重大指標。

「這是Google一項革命性的創舉」,台北數位集團產品經理盧新佩表示,繼Google地圖、Google街景之後,Google將原先的街景服務概念延伸帶入店家內部,讓網路使用者在線上便能身歷其境,跨越距離藩籬,實際體驗店家所營造的氛圍;這項服務推行於全球30多個國家,在國外廣泛應用許久,這次引入台灣市場,估計勢必會引發一股風潮。台北數位深入街頭巷尾,幫近千家的商店拍攝Google環景,其中包含餐廳、民宿、寵物、沙龍…等數十種行業,迅速拉近店家與消費者的距離。

店家環景攝影不同於一般攝影器材所拍攝的全景照片,在Google的系統輔助之下,使用者能夠自由地在店家內部走動,360度體驗空間呈現;以民宿旅館業為例,使用者除了可以清晰看到房間內部的擺設之外,更能走出房間,靈活穿梭於公共空間和私人空間,實際看見店家特色和設計巧思。盧經理表示:「當顧客花愈多時間在和店家互動時,店家愈能在顧客心中留下鮮明的印象,環景服務提高了顧客實際造訪的機率,有效將網路流量轉變為實際來客。」

兩岸機械業 共創智慧自動化商機

在智慧自動化產業的推動策略上,將透過經濟部工業局的產業輔導、經濟部技術處的研發聯盟與國科會的產學合作進行智動化技術扎根工作,並經由智動協會的認證考試/媒合平台、職能鑑定及工業局的人才紮根/藍白領計畫,培育出台灣所需的智動化產業人才,再藉由建置智動化供需媒合平台、提供產業智動化技術服務、建立示範案例與案例複製擴散、進行市場拓銷整廠輸出等方式,進行產業的應用與加值來擴大戰果,以達成預設的目標。
王維漢強調,為在高階智慧機器人與智動化系統儘快取得重大成果,工研院機械所與著手進行智動化的研發佈局與分工,除了將研發出具備手、眼、力協調動作的A型與Delta型機器人外,也擬針對3C產品組裝、金屬製品製造業等產業開發出彈性製造Robot cell,另計劃與產業界合作,建立智智動化系統應用/b-site驗證、龍頭廠智動化示範案例,及建構機器人與關鍵組件產業聚落等。減速機
另外,工研院還將與學界合作,包括加入台大的學研聯合計畫、台大的機器手臂動力學計畫及清大的AGV運載最佳化計畫,及與德、美等國際研究機構合作,共同投入人機協同互動安全、3D物件姿態辨識、AGV視覺導引避障、機器手臂動態安全等多項關鍵技術的研發工作,來厚植我國智慧自動化產業的實力。
王維漢進一步表示,我國智慧自動化計畫擬發展的2款高階機器人中,A型機器人具備6-7軸控制能力,Delta型機器人則為4-6軸控制;為確保發展成果,也將建置智動化實驗室,屆時將對機械機械手臂量測校正補償、智動化系統設計模擬分析軟體、人機安全規範與機械手臂可靠度等進行驗證,並可由此開發出含產線製程模擬軟體、人機協同作業系統、多機多手智慧控制整合系統、智動化產線監測預兆診斷等各項目的智動化控制系統,及將高減速比減速機、手眼力協調控制器、智慧終端效應器、3D視覺模組等智慧自動化關鍵零組件導入民間企業進行量產,來大幅提升我國智慧自動化產業的總產值,及取得更堅實的國際競爭力。

暴雨襲台! 清除壁癌防過敏氣喘發作

最近連日暴雨襲台,潮溼的環境造成許多民眾家中的牆壁開始發霉,出現一塊塊的黑點,就是俗稱的壁癌,可別不以為意!醫師提醒,家中若有過敏體質及氣喘的民眾,最好將黴菌清除乾淨,並使用除濕機保持室內乾燥,以免引起過敏及氣喘發作。
林口長庚內科部長、台灣胸腔疾病協會理事長郭漢彬指出,麴菌是黴菌的一種,而壁癌中大部分為麴菌,若病患有黴菌過敏,4成都會對麴菌產生過敏反應,而麴菌無所不在,包括家中牆壁、牆角的壁癌、櫃子發霉,以及腐壞、長黴的蔬菜水果等,其中大部分都是麴菌,是引發過敏、氣喘患者發作的原因。
郭漢彬強調,當黴菌產生後,會將孢子散布在空氣中,而進入人體的呼吸道,症狀輕者會出現過敏、咳嗽、鼻塞及頭痛,嚴重者則引起氣喘發作。過敏性鼻炎與氣喘息息相關,在過敏性鼻炎患者中,有2至3成合併有氣喘,氣喘患者則有6至8成合併有過敏體質。
「牆壁出現壁癌,一定要清除!」郭漢彬建議,有過敏體質及氣喘的患者,應時常注意家中角落、物品,是否有出現發霉的情形,並保持空氣流通,及使用除濕機保持室內乾燥,可減少黴菌對身體的傷害。

選購牙齒美白劑 看清外盒注意事項

除了臉部美白,近年愛美人士紛紛開始注重「牙齒美白」,但市售琳琅滿目的牙齒美白產品,該怎麼選擇才不會上當?北市衛生局提醒,購買時認明外盒包裝,除了需標示製造廠、進口商,以及用法、用量、保存期限等產品資訊,這類含藥化妝品依衛生署規定,必須加刊詳細的使用注意事項,作為提醒消費者之用。
台北市政府衛生局表示,坊間產品具有化學性美白牙齒的成份,包括過氧化氫(限量6%)、碳醯胺過氧化物(限量18%),因屬於含藥化粧品,依化粧品衛生管理條例規定,須向衛生署取得「含藥化粧品許可證」,才得以輸入或製造。
因此選購產品時,必須注意外盒包裝或容器上標示有:製造廠及進口商名稱、地址、內容物淨重或容量、用途、用法、批號或出廠日期、全成分、保存方法及保存期限、許可證字號(含藥化粧品者)等資訊。
北市衛生局今年1月進行牙齒美白產品抽驗,檢驗共9件產品,成分皆符合限量規定,惟兩件產品的外包裝有效日期以及含量標示錯誤,已請業者限期改正。該局食品藥物管理處處長邱秀儀指出,除了產品資訊應清楚標示,牙齒美白產品對口腔、牙齦都具刺激性,依衛生署規定,包裝上須加刊使用注意事項,未加刊者依規定處新台幣10萬元以下罰鍰。
注意事項重點包括:使用牙齒美白劑時,盡量避免直接接觸到牙齦,如果牙齦或口腔出現紅、腫、疼痛等不適反應或敏感現象,即需停止使用,並諮詢牙醫師;使用期間不宜抽菸或嚼檳榔,超過14天則須依照牙醫師指示使用。
此外,特殊族群如12歲以下孩童、孕婦、授乳期婦女,牙齦組織或口腔有病變,以及對產品成分過敏者,則不建議使用牙齒美白劑。
